This Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Request for Proposal (RFP) 86615322R00001 is being solicited as unrestricted to both Small and Large businesses on a competitive basis utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 “Commercial Items” and FAR Part 15 “Contracting by Negotiation” to provide MicroStrategy as a brand name only procurement. The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), in support of the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) requires a renewal of MicroStrategy in accordance with the Statement of Need. The resulting Contract shall be Firm Fixed Price. Discounts are encouraged. All Proposals are DUE on: Thursday, January 20, 2022, 2:00 PM ET.
