This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Submit proposal on RFQ number 86615322Q00002. This requirement is for a Small Business set-aside. Award will be made based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer received. The Government contemplates an award of a Firm Fixed Priced contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government will procure Media Distribution Subscription for the Office of Public Affairs (OPA). The Period of Performance will consist of a 12-month Base Period. The services under this Contract shall be performed at the Contractor’s facility.
