This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Submit proposal on RFP number 86615321R00019. This requirement is for a Small Business set-aside. Award will be made based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer received. The Government contemplates an award of a Firm Fixed Priced contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government will procure Adobe Connect Software Licenses for the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) HUDLEARN and other Program Offices. The Period of Performance will consist of a 12-month Base Period and four (4) 12-month Option Periods. The services under this Contract shall be performed at the Contractor’s facility.
