HUD requires continued provisioning of a stable, reliable enterprise-wide infrastructure to meet its strategic objectives and responsibilities under Federal legislation and executive orders. The Contractor shall be responsible for the provisioning, management, storage, maintenance, backup, and operation of all infrastructure hardware, software, and support services to maintain HUD’s current Enterprise Infrastructure core functions consistent with the assigned Contractor functions. Due to the anticipated changes in the information technology and telecommunications marketplace that will occur over the next several years, and as directed by HUD, the Contractor shall incorporate innovative and emerging technologies that improve infrastructure and mission performance in the most economic and efficient manner.
