This is a Request for Quote in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) intends to award a firm fixed-price contract with a twelve-month base period and four (4) twelve-month options to purchase subscription service to a dynamic database in support of Multi Family Housing’s underwriting and housing market analysis activities. Research data services will support map appraisals, rent comparability studies, and development or real estate market intelligence. All questions must be submitted via email using Attachment 3- Questions Spreadsheet. Questions shall be emailed to Jennifer Perez at jennifer.m.perez@hud.gov and Christopher Stuart at Christopher.S.Stuart@hud.gove by 2:00PM, Mountain Time on November 14, 2024. AResponses shall be uploaded to SAM.gov. All quotes must be received via email by 2:00PM Mountain Time on November 20, 2024.
