Conduct research and provide analysis to facilitate the financial management of the assigned programs, including budget formulation and management for all phases of annual planning, budgeting, and execution processes, such as budget and financial analysis; obligation and expenditure forecasting; funds management and funds control techniques and/or systems; accounting and finance systems and/or procedures. Develop, design, and build financial management analytical tools to support the management of manpower and payroll forecasting, track and mitigate outstanding travel voucher/travel credit card delinquencies, tracking and reconciliation of training and procurement open obligations. Develop automation of processes and financial management reporting to enhance S&E analytical capabilities to provide agile, accurate, and timely customer service to both internal and external stakeholders and decision makers. Conduct/provide training or training materials on all analytical tools and process automation.
