Worth requires a contractor to provide Editorial Support Services for Policy Development and Research Division of HUD. The Government anticipates awarding Fixed Unit Rate Fixed-Price (FP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. This solicitation, 86614623Q00003, is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and is conducted as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services (FAR Part 13.5). This acquisition is 100% HUBZone Small Business Set-aside - North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541820 – Public Relations Services, Size Standard $19M.
