Solicitation Number: 86614623Q00001 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: FHA TOTAL Mortgage Scorecard – 86614623Q00001 The U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Ft. Worth requires a contractor to provide for performance evaluations, updates, and re-estimation of the confidential scorecard algorithms using FHA data and performance experience from loans insured from 1997 through current day with associated credit histories procured through other contracts that culminates in a final report reassessing scorecard performance in the context of alternative formulations with respect to scorecard prediction of loans likely to default and claim from borrower credit issues as well as fair lending impacts. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract. Additional details on the requirements can be found in the Solicitation 86614623Q00001 (Attachment 1). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. This solicitation, 86614623Q00001, is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and is conducted as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services (FAR Part 13.5). This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-aside - North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541990 – All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services, Size Standard $17M.
