Worth requires a contractor to order, manage, and provide access to HUD for online and hard copy subscriptions to Purchase Housing Market Analysis Data. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract. Additional details on the requirements can be found in the Solicitation 86614622Q00005 (Attachment 1). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. This solicitation, 86614622Q00005, is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and is conducted as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services (FAR Part 13.5). This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-aside - North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 511120 - Periodical Publishers, 1,000 employees. Real Data provides two different media for delivering their data: Apartment Source CD and DataWizard. Apartment Source CD: The Apartment SourceCD is a detailed 500+ page electronic document covering the overall market, submarkets and detailed data on each apartment community. Current and historical data inlcudes vacancies, rents, rent growth, demand, and development pipeline. Detailed information on each apartment community includes floorplans, amenities, rents, vacancies, ownership, management, photos, maps and sales information. The SourceCD is available on-line and includes the printed, 16 page, full color overall market summary report. (A Subscription is two issues and includes the current issue plus the following issue. Subscriptions offer a substantial savings versus buying subsequent single issues). DataWizard: The ApartmentData Wizard is our most in-depth report and includes a copy of the SourceCD and Index Report. In addition, the DataWizard includes an interactive GIS mapping application of all apartments and submarkets with exportable GIS files. The MS Excel file allows subscribers to create customized graphs, charts and excel tables of community specific data. The Data Wizard includes up to 5 years of historical inventory, vacancy rates, rent/SF, absorption, completions and units under construction for each community and submarket. Users can create their on customized competitive market area to compare statistics among communities you select. Customized graphs, charts and excel files are all exportable as well. The DataWizard also contains exportable Ownership, Management, addresses, phone and fax numbers for each apartment community.
