The subscription service agent contractor shall furnish all the professional, technical, and clerical personnel and services, materials equipment and facilities and shall do all things necessary for, or incidental to, the performance of the tasks listed in this solicitation. HUD will provide the subscription service company with a list of very specific housing-related data subscriptions. The vendor’s phone number, e-mail address and actual address with a contact person, will be provided. Subscriptions will be sent to various HUD field offices, as noted in the list of subscriptions that is attached. The subscription agent contractor shall be responsible for all monitoring, tracking, renewing, placing orders for multiple subscriptions and completing payment for each HUD subscription as required. As each subscription, has been paid or renewed, the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) will be notified of the payment and subscription terms.
