Worth requires a contractor to order, manage and provide access to HUD for online and hard copy subscriptions to Purchase Housing Market Analysis Data. The government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract. Additional details on the requirements can be found in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. The solicitation number is 86614620Q00005 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and is conducted as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items (FAR Part 13.5). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06, June 05, 2020. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-aside - North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 511120 - Periodical Publishers, 1,000 employees. See the Performance of Work (Attachment 1) for details. The Quotations may be in any format and MUST include: - Proposing company's name, address, Tax ID Number, Cage Code, and phone - Point of contact's name, phone, and email. - Quotation number & date - Item price - Total price - Applicable discounts - Timeframe that the quote is valid - Delivery Schedule - Completed FAR 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications (if not in SAM) Contract financing is NOT provided for this acquisition. Quotations shall be accompanied by a completed FAR 52.212-3, Representations and Certifications (MAR 2020), and adhere to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (MAR 2020). The Government intends to award one firm fixed price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote is conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government intends to award without discussions and the Government reserves the right not to make an award at all.
