The purpose of this notice is to obtain market information regarding market capacity and potential set-asides and to receive industry feedback on available processes and market costs. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal nor does it serve as a presolicitation notice for a future solicitation. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals related to these services. This notice does not commit the Government to procure any supply or service mentioned herein. Please note that this is a new opportunity. No incumbent or prior award history exist for this procurement. Background The HUD Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (OCAO) is seeking management, planning, implementation and administrative support services for the Department’s Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI_CNSI or Controlled Unclassified Information/Classified National Security Information) Program in accordance with Executive Order 13556, Controlled Unclassified Information and as specified in the attached draft Performance Work Statement. Specific tasks for the project will include the following: Planning and implementing a Department-Wide CUI_CNSI Program; Ensuring all departmental CUI_CNSI practices are consistent with law, regulation, or government-wide policy; Developing internal mechanism to enforce and promote consistent CUI_CNSI related practices; Ensuring HUD personnel are properly trained in practices related to CUI_CNSI. Coordinate and implement CUI_CNSI with Records Management. Monitor and respond to the CUI_CNSIProgram@HUD.gov mailbox. Please note that the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) is an early draft; both format and requirements are subject to change. Instructions Interested parties are requested to respond to this Sources Sought with the following information: Full identifying firm information such as name, address, UEI, and contact information for point of contact; A capability statement; Information regarding the interested party’s business type (such as large, small, 8(a) certified, HUBZone) under the established NAICS code, 541611, with a size standard of $25 million; and Any questions and/or comments that your firm may have. Questions and comments will be addressed in the final solicitation if the Department proceeds to the solicitation phase. All responses must be received by 12:00pm Eastern Time on June 19. Summary This notice is issued for information purposes only and will not result in a contract award. This is not a Request for Proposal. Interested parties are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Responding or declining to respond to this notice will not preclude a party from participating in any future Requests for Proposal should the Government decide to issue such a request at a later date. If a Request for Proposal is issued, it will be posted as a separate notice.
