The purpose of this notice is to obtain market information regarding market capacity and potential set-asides and to receive industry feedback on available processes and market costs. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal nor does it serve as a presolicitation notice for a future solicitation. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals related to these services. This notice does not commit the Government to procure any supply or service mentioned herein. Background The Office of Administration (OA) is seeking a to fulfill vehicle leasing requirements as specified herein. Please find the required specifications below: Vehicle Year: 2023 or 2024 Vehicle Type: Chevrolet Suburban LT trim package or above, or Ford Expedition Limited trim package or above Must include: Black Exterior All or 4 Wheel Drive Black Leather Seating Satellite Radio Dual Zone AC 2nd Row Captain’s Chairs Navigation Backup Camera Connectivity Automatic Lift Gate Running Boards Instructions Interested parties are requested to respond to this Sources Sought with the following information: Full identifying firm information such as name, address, UEI, and contact information for point of contact; A capability statement that addresses the interested party’s ability to provide one or both vehicles with all required specifications, including (a) the estimated date of availability for each vehicle, and (b) estimated costs of a one-year lease; Information regarding the interested party’s business type (such as large, small, 8(a) certified, HUBZone) under the established NAICS code, 532112, with a size standard of $47 million; Any questions and/or comments that your firm may have. All responses must be received via email at Shelli.J.Waltz@hud.gov by 5:00pm Eastern Time on February 8, 2023. Summary This notice is issued for information purposes only and will not result in a contract award. This is not a Request for Proposal. Interested parties are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Responding or declining to respond to this notice will not preclude a party from participating in any future Requests for Proposal should the Government decide to issue such a request at a later date. If a Request for Proposal is issued, it will be posted as a separate notice.
