Purpose This is a Sources Sought/Request for Information Notices issued solely for information and planning purposes. The purpose of this notice is to obtain market information regarding market capacity and potential set-asides and to receive industry feedback on the draft Statement of Work (SOW). This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal nor does it serve as a presolicitation notice for a future solicitation. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals related to these services. This notice does not commit the Government to procure any supply or service mentioned herein. Background The Human Capital Services, Recruiting and Staffing Division (RSD) is the primary management office for HUD recruitment and placement initiatives. RSD requires an electronic recruitment, applicant, and hiring selection tracking system that will automate its recruitment and hiring processes. Having a consolidated tracking and job fair platform will allow RSD to capture all recruiting efforts both internally and externally hosted by RSD. To that end, the Department has developed the attached rough draft Statement of Work for these services and is seeking information regarding vendors who are capable of providing a tool with the capabilities outlined in the draft document. Instructions Interested parties are requested to respond to this Sources Sought with the following information: Full identifying firm information such as name, address, Unique Entity Identification number, and contact information for point of contact; A capability statement that addresses (a) the interested party’s ability to perform work as outlined in the draft SOW; (b) whether the party's system is capable of providing direct integration with websites such as USAJobs. Information regarding the interested party’s business type (such as large, small, 8(a) certified, HUBZone) under the established NAICS code, 511210, with a size standard of $41.5 million; Any questions and/or comments that your firm may have regarding the draft SOW. Please note that all questions and comments will be addressed in any future solicitations that the Department may issue at a later date. All responses must be received by 5:00pm Eastern Time on Friday, June 17, 2022. Summary This notice is issued for information purposes only and will not result in a contract award. This is not a Request for Proposal. Interested parties are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Responding or declining to respond to this notice will not preclude a party from participating in any future Requests for Proposal should the Government decide to issue such a request at a later date. If a Request for Proposal is issued, it will be posted as a separate notice on SAM.gov.
