The attached document presents a Request for Quotations for HUD's At-Home COVID Testing Services for HUD employees and certain pre-scheduled HUD visitors. HUD intends to award a firm fixed price commercial contract as a small business set-aside to the offeror that presents the best value to the Government. If you are interesting in submitting a response to this RFQ, please submit the information requested in Section Four of the attached document by 12:00pm EST on Monday, March 28, 2022, to Shelli.J.Waltz@hud.gov. Please review the attached solicitation document and submit any questions by March 16, 2022. Please note that solicitation revisions and vendor questions and answers have been posted as of March 23, 2022. Please download the revised solicitation document to access the revised fee schedule and download the separate Q&A file for responses to offeror questions. Please note that HUD testing requirements have changed to include PCR tests in specific situations when higher-level testing is required. Rapid Antigen tests will still be considered the standard testing requirement; PCR tests will be requested on an as-needed basis. This has been included as an optional line item and will be funded if the Department determines that the PCR tests are required. Offerors should respond to the amendment as follows: Please submit a revised fee schedule with price information for CLIN 0005 for each option period. Note in your response that you have reviewed the change included in Section 4.0 of the Statement of Objectives. Please submit any necessary revisions to your technical proposal in response to the SOO revisions. All revisions are due by 5:00pm EST on Tuesday, April 12, 2022.
