This solicitation is an 8(a) set-aside. The U.S. Department of housing and Urban development (HUD), Office of Administration, Broadcast and Communications has a requirement for professional services to operate, maintain, and update the Broadcast Operations Center. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract. See the attached requirements for further description. Information may be exchanged with the Contract Specialist, Dan Fabian, daniel.e.fabian@hud.gov. The Government cannot guarrantee the ability to answer questions submitted later than one week before the proposal due date. HUD will compile and post as an attachment all timely questions and answers for this solicitation. Amendment 0001 changes the periods of performance. Amendment 0002 changes the periods of performance, amends the PWS, and clarifies the instructions to offerors.
