This is a solicitation for building alterations services to be performed at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's headquarters building in Washington, D.C. The contract will be an Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery type contract (IDIQ), with an aggregate ceiling of $36 million for all task orders over a total ordering period of five years, including a base year and four option years. The prospective award will replace the predecessor IDIQ contract DU203NP-15-D-08 with Alaska Universal Services, LLC, which has an ordering period closing on 9-27-2019. An award may be issued before that date, depending upon when the aggregate capacity on that contract vehicle is reached. Performance Work Statements are attached for the IDIQ and a Sample Task Order. Individual task orders will further define the work, and each project will be funded at the task order level. Task orders will be issued as either a firm-fixed price or time and materials type, as applicable. This is a competitive, set-aside solicitation under the 8(a) program, for 8(a) offerors serviced by the DC, Virginia and Baltimore SBA offices.
