The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to solicit offers to contract for the Lead-Based Paint Evaluation Support Services in support of HUD-owned single-family properties located throughout the United States, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands. All properties fall under the following regions: Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; Philadelphia, PA; and Santa Ana, California. HUD intends to award multiple, single-award Firm Fixed Priced Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. A solicitation will be forthcoming. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541620 - Environmental Consulting Services with an identified Business Size Standard of $19 million. The acquisition will be limited to eligible 8(a) participants only. PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION. DO NOT SUBMIT TECHNICAL OR COST PROPOSALS OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION.
