Within OLHCHH these activities include grant program award, administration and oversight, issuing and enforcing regulations, issuing guidance material, scientific and policy-related technical studies, training, technical assistance, outreach, programmatic support for grantee data capture and reporting, and interagency coordination. The mission of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) / Office of Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes (OLHCHH) is to provide safe and healthy homes for all families and children by addressing housing conditions that threaten the health of residents. HUD/OLHCHH has a requirement for program support, it’s continuing goals for the exhibits program are to: Effectively and efficiently promote the mission of the OLHCHH. Effectively and efficiently deploy the program logistically and maximize awareness of new products from OLHCHH. For example, it is essential that the Contractor meet all sponsor deadlines for payments, such as for booth space, and listing in the exhibit/conference directory. Develop partnerships with select stakeholder organizations. Provide technical assistance, education, raise awareness, and information about the benefits of healthy homes. The required Contractor technical support includes the standard exhibitor registration package and related administrative support activities for 13 National Conferences and 7 grantee BUILD projects in the Base Year Period of Performance. The registration package typically includes exhibit space, a listing in the Conference Directory and on the conference/exhibit website. OLHCHH will identify/select all conferences and refer them to the Contractor for support. Other contractual and supporting activities include tracking/shipping and return of promotional materials, booths, booth materials, banner stands, promotional items and brochures. The Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes (OLHCHH) intends to issue a solicitation for Technical Support and Maintenance of the OLHCCHH Exhibit within the next 30 calendar days. The Government intends to award one (1) award from this solicitation. The Government will not reimburse any prospective vendor or awarded contractor costs for response or interest in this forthcoming requirement. Description of Services The Contractor shall provide technical support includes the standard exhibitor registration package and related administrative support activities for 13 National Conferences and 7 grantee BUILD projects in the Base Year Period of Performance. The Contractor shall include qualified staff to set up, break down, and help provide technical assistance and outreach for all exhibits. The Contractor shall be responsible for handling all administrative and various technical details for shipping selected OLHCHH informational materials to the exhibit venues; coordination/implementation for registration and exhibiting, payment of exhibit fees and/or contracting for exhibit space, and shipping/return and delivery of conference or exhibit displays and materials. This requirement will be competed to eligible HUBZone participants under the Federal Acquisition Regulations Subpart 19.13. The Small Business size standard is $16.5M for the North American Industry Classification System code 541613 "Marketing Consulting Services".
