Period of Performance: November 24, 2020 to November 2025 Solicitation Notice: The government intends to make four (4) awards from this Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Single-Family Housing Program one (1) solicitation for Lead-Based Paint Evaluation Services (LBPES). The government will not reimburse any prospective vendor or awarded contractor costs for this invitation to submit a proposal offer for this requirement. The LBPES vendor performs visual assessments, performs lead-based paint inspections, develops stabilization plans, and completes clearance examinations on Single Family, HUD owned properties (a property may include up to 4 units). Services to be performed under this contract shall be performed at HUD-owned Single-Family (SF) properties (1 to 4 SF units each in each property unit). Each property are located within one of four geographic Homeownership Centers (HOC). The government anticipates awarding one contract for each of the following four performance of work location (HOC) areas. The government intends to make four (4) awards from the one (1) solicitation. To assist potential offerors in understanding the requirement, responses received from the draft Solicitation comment are posted. The draft solicitation is subject to change before the release of the final solicitation.
