The Department of Housing and Urban Development is seeking a contractor to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Field Review of Appraisals services to support Appraisal Review Reports described further in the Statement of Work (SOW)/Performance Work Statement provided as part of this Request for Quote (RFQ), see Section C.2. These services are needed in the Orlando and Tampa area of Florida as described in Section B.4 of this RFQ. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07. Intereted vendors, refer to page 36 of the RFQ for instructions on quotation submittals. Include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Items, with your offer.
