National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) Backlog Inspections
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is conducting market research to identify capable parties for National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) backlog inspection services. The work will be performed across four specified geographic regions covering the entire United States and several territories. This is a sources sought notice only, not a solicitation, and submission of information is voluntary. The government will use the responses to determine whether to set aside the requirement for small businesses or use full and open competition, potentially resulting in multiple awards.
