THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED, AND A SEPARATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Loan Underwriting Services under Solicitation number 86543G19R00001. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this project is NAICS code 524126. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,500. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for vendors in the 8(a) program. Any communications regarding this acquisition must be made in writing and forwarded via email to kim.r.toppin@hud.gov and ann.j.turner@hud.gov and must follow the instructions provided in the official Solicitation for communications to HUD. Offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov, in order to be eligible to receive a contract under this acquisition.
