These services provide verification that each HUD-approved IPIA and SAA has adequately performed all the relevant functions and responsibilities each organization is responsible for per regulations (National Manufacturing Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974 and Manufactured Housing Improvement Act of 2000).
