The Office of Risk Management and Regulatory Affairs (ORMRA) is seeking contractor services and support to assist with developing and implementing a comprehensive enterprise risk management (ERM) strategy for ORMRA and the Office of Housing and Federal Housing Administration (FHA), within the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This includes advising ORMRA on best practices for identifying, assessing, managing, mitigating, controlling, reporting, and monitoring risks associated with people, processes, technology, and external events for Housing Programs. Additionally, ORMRA needs a Contractor to build a risk reporting tool that automates and reports risks from multiple sources including but not limited to risk registers, risk profile refresh, action plans and audit data.
