Blanket Purchase Agreement 86614324A00007 with a ceiling of $2,000,000.00, was awarded to The Arbinger Company against their GSA Schedule GS-10F-099AA on 9/23/2024 for their Outward Mindset™ Training Services for HUD staff Enterprise-wide. This award is an expansion of a pilot Outward Mindset™ training program previously conducted at HUD Headquarters for the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration (OASA).
