USCGC BERTHOLF (WMSL-750) is requesting quotes for approximately 3500 gallons of oily (hazardous) waste offload. The company shall have an over the water permit to transfer oily waste from the cutter to the pier. The contractor shall provide all hoses to accommodate a 150-foot span from the discharge point on the cutter to the contractor provided truck on the pier. Cutter connection is 2” camlock. Vendor is responsible for disposing hazardous waste IAW state and federal regulations. Preferred offload period is the week of December 11, 2023. This will be set aside for small business companies and will be awarded on the lowest price technically acceptable. The service wage contract act will apply to this award.
