The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), Medium Endurance Cutter Product Line (MECPL), has a requirement for the overhaul of Welin Lambie Ltd davits, model TW.PIV 5.0B. USCG does not possess the proprietary technical specifications,drawings, manufacturing/provisioning data, or speacial tools necessary to overhaul the davits. This information was not purchased at the time of the original acquisition and is proprietary to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Welin Lambie Ltd. It is the government's belief that only Welin Lambie, in the United Kingdom, has the capability to provide the services, as they are the OEM. Potential souces may submit information demonstrating their capabilities to proice genuine OEM supplies and OEM authorized technical services. This information shall include, bu tis not limited to (1) data that the required supplies/services have been satisfactorily provided to the OEM or the Government in the past; AND (2) a written lettre, signed by the OEM, which verifies the interest party's authority gratned by the OEM to provide the supplies/services. The Government does not intend to pay for any information that is submitted in response to this announcement. The above information must be received no later than five (5) business days from the date this notice is published. Information received after that date may not be considered.
