Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Fuel Tank and Water Tank Truck Gear Ratio Upgrades This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for fuel tank and water tank truck gear ratio upgrades in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This announcement will not be solicited through a mandatory Department of Homeland Security Strategic Source Vehicle. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect thru Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101, 10/26/2018. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333612. REQUIREMENT: Gear Ratio Upgrades for Fuel Tank and Water Tank Trucks in accordance with the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) WX02970Y2019T and Statement of Work. BASIS OF AWARD: Offerors shall submit a firm fixed-price quote to include all costs associated with the requirement. One award will be made as a result of this RFQ to the offeror selected to perform the work outlined in Section 3.0 of attached statement of work. The selected offeror shall be within 30 miles (local) of the FEMA-MERS Denton, TX detachment location. Award will be made to the lowest price offeror meeting the statement of work specifications contained herein.
