Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for WX02350Y2019T: MCOV Flooring Upgrades This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ clauses and provisions are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02, effective June 5, 2019. The following FAR Clauses/Provisions apply to this requirement: The Clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial items, applies to this acquisition. (NOTE: all referenced FAR provisions may be accessed electronically at http://acquisition.gov/far.) FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement States or Executive Orders-Commercial items, applies to this acquisition and the following additional FAR clauses apply: 52.222-3, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13 and 52.232-33. Source selection will be based on a Low Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Offerors should submit a quote in accordance with the SOW attached. SAM REGISTRATION/OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS: Prospective Offerors must be registered in the SAM database prior to award.
