WX01403Y2020T This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Tire Replacement in Bothell, Washington in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ clauses and provisions are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99, effective June 15, 2018. The NAICS code for this requirement is 441320. The following FAR Clauses/Provisions apply to this requirement: The Clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial items, applies to this acquisition. (NOTE: all referenced FAR provisions may be accessed electronically at http://acquisition.gov/far.) FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement States or Executive Orders Commercial items, applies to this acquisition and the following additional FAR clauses apply: 52.222-3, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13 and 52.232-33. This requirement is for a Brand Name or Equal. Source selection will be based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Offerors should submit a quote in accordance with the attachment titled Statement of Work.
