CISA is issuing a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) as a means of conducting market research to identify potential qualified firms having an interest in, and the resources to support, the requirement for Strategic Policy, Communication and Analysis. The contractor shall provide strategic and programmatic policy, analysis, planning, communications, outreach, and engagement support to Office for Bombing Prevention (OBP) in an effort to promote awareness of the domestic threat posed by Improvised Explosive Devices and communicate the value of OBP programs and services in protecting against this threat to various stakeholders.
