The project involves remodeling and renovating the station’s laundry room to improve space efficiency and functionality. Work includes replacing flooring, washers and dryers, cabinets, countertops, and electrical outlets and switches in accordance with an attached Statement of Work. All work must comply with local and federal regulatory standards. Wages and benefits must follow SCA and Davis-Bacon Act requirements for the applicable place and period of performance. Quoters must also provide proof of insurance.
