The Coast Guard has a requirement for one (1) shipset (port and starboard) of RENK Model “AS 198F” Main Reduction Gear (MRG) modified Control Oil Bushing and related hardware for installation on the National Security Cutter (NSC). This RENK MRG Control Oil Bushing hardware shipset shall include new RENK Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts identical to the modified RENK MRG Control Oil Bushing hardware sets previously procured by Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) for installation on in-service NSCs, and utilized in production for NSC 10. The anticipated procurement award date is mid-April 2022 and the required need date is anticipated to be 01 July 2022.
