The U.S. Coast Guard seeks to lease a property in the Louisville, Kentucky metropolitan area, specifically near the airport, to house Sector Ohio Valley personnel. The required lease term is two years, commencing on or about August 1, 2026, with an option for one additional year. The property must provide a minimum of 22,068 square feet to accommodate 90 personnel, 21 offices, open workspace, berthing, locker rooms, an armory, and secure parking for at least 11 government vehicles, with an option for an additional 5,500 sq ft secure command center. Preferences include properties within a specific delineated area, those available for longer than two years, and those with established site access and proximity to public utilities.
