This will be a 2-month no-cost extension with a performance period from July 29, 2019 to September 30, 2019 under Delivery/Task Order HSHQDC-16-J-00238. This action is under the authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B), only one awardee is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services ordered are unique or highly specialized. No proposals are being requested at this time; however, interested sources may identify their interest and capability. Information received will be considered solely for informational purposes. Responses must be received no later than 12:00pm, EST, May 13, 2019.
