The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Rigaku Americas Corporation, 9009 New Trails Drive, The Woodlands, TX 77381, for a maintenance/service agreement for the Transportation Security Laboratory's (TSL) existing ZSK Primus II device and Haskris Chiller. DHS TSL requires a service agreement for this equipment for routine and emergency repair and maintenance. Rigaku is the original manufacturer of the equipment and does not have any authorized resellers. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source for the proposed contract action. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes.
