The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), intends to extend the period of performance of task order HSHQDC-16-J-00193 with Noblis Inc., 2002 Edmund Halley Drive, Reston, VA 20191. This will be a six-month extension from June 10, 2019 to December 31, 2019. This action is under the authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C), the order must be issued on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to an order already issued under the contract, provided that all awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the original order. No proposals are being requested at this time; however, interested sources may identify their interest and capability. Information received will be considered solely for informational purposes. Responses must be received no later than 10:00am Eastern Time, May 23, 2019.
