Facility suitable for five to seven USCG personnel to operate a Coast Guard Recruiting Office Station, with bare minimum of 1600 square feet of space, preferably located in a retail shopping strip Facility shall be located within 30-mile radius of Nashville, TN Military Entrance Processing Station located at 20 Bridgestone Prk, Nashville, TN 37214 (MEPS), Storage & Kitchenette or the ability to add Unit must have a back door that leads to the outside Landlord must agree to register their entity in SAM.gov for payments made by Coast Guard. All Landlords must be registered and have a UID on SAM.gov in order to receive rental payments Parking spaces available for 2 GV's Space must be available no later than February 1, 2024 If charging stations are in the parking area that is a plus.
