This is a Brand Name Justification for 40 CQ Roll Subscriptions and up to 5 Fiscal Note Subscriptions on behalf of the Office of the Office of Legislative Affairs (OLA). These subscriptions are expected to provide information for producing, among other necessities, Member of Congress biographies and legislative actions, congressional staff rosters, legislative bill language and tracking, congressional hearing transcripts, analysis services for researching homeland security issues and legislation. Integral to fulfilling this responsibility is the reliance on commercially available off the shelf congressional information system(s).
