Shoreland/Travax-Travel health information subscription-Notice of Intent to Sole Source
The Department of Homeland Security Office of Health Security intends to issue a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Shoreland, Inc. for a 12-month enterprise subscription to the Travax travel health platform, with up to four 12-month option periods. The service must provide enterprise-wide access for up to 1,000 users to a global health intelligence database with aerial route mapping, outbreak tracking, and medical facility intelligence. The anticipated award is planned for late January 2026. This is a notice of intent, not a solicitation, but capable parties may submit a written response.
