Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Maynard Fleet Heavy Duty Vehicle Tires This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for heavy duty tires in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This announcement will not be solicited through a mandatory Department of Homeland Security Strategic Source Vehicle. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect thru Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101, 10/26/2018. The NAICS code for this requirement is 423130. REQUIREMENT: Heavy Duty Truck Tires in accordance with the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) WX02659Y2019T and Itemized List. BASIS OF AWARD: Offerors shall submit a firm fixed-price quote to include all costs associated with the requirement. One award will be made as a result of this RFQ. Award will be made to the lowest price offeror meeting the technical requirements contained herein. The selected offeror to perform the work shall be within 30 miles (local) of the FEMA-MERS Maynard, MA detachment location.
