This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (A) The solicitation number is 70Z08423QBOST0001 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This requirement is for the Operation and Maintenance of a Water Filtration and Distribution System as required by the USCG Station Jonesport, Jonesport, ME. (B) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination Number 2015-4007, revision 24, dated 06/30/2023 is applicable and is attached. (C) This acquisition is issued as Total Small Business Set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 221310 and the small business size standard is $41.0 million. (F) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: This service is for a base year of 1 October 2023 through 30 September 2024 plus four one-year options that can take this service through 30 September 2028, if exercised by the Contracting Officer. The place of performance for this service is USCG Station Jonesport, 9 Bridge Street, Jonesport, ME 04649.
