The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, management, supervision, training, licenses, and permits to provide the services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The Period of Performance for the installation is no later than 120 business days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. No contract award shall be made to any contractor that does not have an active registration in the System for Award Management at such time as the government is prepared to make an award.
