The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS), Training and Professional Development Division (TPD) is soliciting quotes tfor contractor Instructor support services to conduct Train-theTrainer classes for the Feild Training and Evaluation Program (FTEP) based on the San Jose Model of Field Training. The aformentioned commercial Field Training and Evaluation Training Program (FTEP) classes shall be secured through a streamlined solicitation as outlined under FAR 13.3 using the procedures in FAR Part 12. This is a combined synopsis / soliciation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This annoucement constitues the onlt solicitation;quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is hereby included.
