This RFI does not commit the Government to contract any supply or service. ICE is not seeking quotes/proposals at this time. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay any costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will solely be at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. If you submit proprietary information, you must clearly state “PROPRIETARY” on every response containing such information. Respondents are responsible for adequately marking proprietary information in their response. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked “Proprietary” will be handled accordingly. RFI Purpose: This RFI/Sources Sought is seeking information to aid in refining the acquisition strategy to determine which small business set aside will be used and determine the contract vehicle selection.
