The Federal Protective Service Acquisitions Division (FPSAD) is seeking information regarding small business vendors (under NAICS 561612) that can provide armed Protective Services Officer (PSO) services at federally owned or leased facilities throughout the state of Arizona. FPSAD is seeking information from small business vendors who have performed armed PSO efforts in the last three years that were approximately 320k hours per year. Vendors must be fully licensed in Arizona to perform this type of service, have a facility clearance of “Secret,” and shall be registered on the sam.gov website. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It DOES NOT constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Quote (RFQ). This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, FPS is not at this time seeking proposals/quotations and will not accept unsolicited proposals/quotations. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to the RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP/RFQ, if any is issued. Interested parties are directed to respond to this RFI no later than 3:00PM ET on October 21, 2021 to Nicholas Milillo at nicholas.milillo@fps.dhs.gov using the attached form.
