REQUEST FOR INFORMATION Enforcement and Removal Operations Training Division Training Support Services. Purpose: The purpose of this Request For Information (RFI) is to acquire the capability statement from vendors that can fulfill the government requirement for training support services. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for this procurement is – 611430 (Professional and Management Development Training). For this requirement the government plans to utilize the General Services Administration's (GSA) Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) contract vehicles (HCaTS Unrestricted (UN). This RFI is solely for information and acquisition planning purposes – it does not constitute as a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor does it restrict the Government to any acquisition approach. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. The Government will not reimburse interested sources for any costs incurred in the preparation of a response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. No award will be made by the RFI. At its discretion, the Government may conduct additional exchanges with industry. 2. Background: The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), has a requirement for The Enforcement and Removal Operations Training Division (EROTD) that is the primary training division within ERO Enforcement. EROTD is tasked with addressing the training needs of ERO and its partners. It’s existing training programs deliver basic, advanced, and specialized training to support a wide range of skillsets. EROTD is seeking contract personnel to provide support in the areas of training logistics, training development, and training delivery with Period of Performance from 09/14/2025 – 09/13/2030. These services must be timely and performed with sufficient quality so that EROTD can successfully promote officer safety and the effective execution of the ICE law enforcement mission. SOW Attached. 3. Capability Statement The interested vendors when they respond to this requirement are required to fill out and submit the Attachment # 1_ RFI_ Questionnaire describing their approach to cover the service requirements described in the SOW. 4. Submissions. The capabilities statement shall be no more than 10 pages, with a 12-pt font size or larger. All submissions shall include the title RFI_EROTD_2025 and shall be provided via email to the Government point of contact: Diana Brozi, contracting officer, at diana.brozi@ice.dhs.gov and Eric Peterson, contract specialist eric.peterson@ice.dhs.gov. Submissions are due no later than 3:00pm ET on May 9, 2025. 5. Questions Questions shall be submitted in written form via email to diana.brozi@ice.dhs.gov and eric.peterson@ice.dhs.gov no later than 1:00 pm EST on May 7, 2025 .
