Notice ID:RFI_CIC_SaaS_CBP_FY2027

CBP is conducting an RFI/market-research effort to identify commercial sources capable of providing secure SaaS data platform support services for U.S. Border Patrol’s Communications and Information Capabilities (CIC) Program; this is not an RFP and the Government will not award a contract or pay costs based on responses. Anticipated services span platform implementation/configuration, operations and administration, data integration and engineering, data governance, cybersecurity/privacy/compliance, information sharing/interoperability, user support/training, and reporting/performance management. CBP seeks vendors with demonstrated experience operating enterprise SaaS data platforms in federal or similarly regulated environments, including FedRAMP or comparable authorization, IAM/RBAC, audit logging, encryption, data segmentation, SLA-based managed services, multi-organization data sharing, and secure transition support. Responses must complete Attachment A and address the draft SOW in Attachment B, be submitted by email in Word at 12-point single spacing and limited to 6 pages plus Attachment A, and non-specific marketing material will be discarded. Questions may be submitted to the Government until 5:00 PM EST on November 10, 2026.
