This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified sellers may submit bids. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability and capability of qualified business sources; (2) insight into delivery of meals (3) their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition is 311999-All Other Miscellaneous Food Manufacturing. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. The contract will provide meals on a daily basis to the Atlanta Field Office. The government will place one order, via telephone, per day between the hours of 7:30 am and 9am and the vendor must be available to accept the order during these hours. The vendor must provide complete delivery, no more than two hours after the order is placed. The contractor shall expect a minimum amount and shall be available if more meals are required due to circumstances. The vendor must be available to deliver orders, Monday through Friday 11:00am-1:30pm.
